 Terms and ConditionsThe following are the terms and conditions of Ritzys On Line Hampers LimitedQuotations and Orders Quotations are given on the basis of costs at the time of issue. Prices may be amended at time of Order to reflect a change in cost structure, including any alteration to the rate of VAT, or similar tax. The prices for VAT are listed.
In the event of any product being unavailable, a product of equal or greater value will be substituted in its place. Contents of each hamper are clearly listed beside each hamper.
Deliveries (Ireland) All hampers are delivered Monday to Friday only. Orders received on a Friday will not be delivered until Monday. Orders must be processed before 11.00am for next day delivery. Delivery for specific days cannot be guaranteed.
You (the client) are responsible to provide Ritzys Hampers with the correct name, address and telephone number in detail. Ritzys Hampers cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipients details are insufficient or incorrect. Any shortfalls or damaged goods must be notified to Ritzys Hampers within two days of receipt of goods. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days.
Cancellations and Returns If you are not satisfied with your product please note we can only refund or exchange a product if we receive it back to our warehouse within five working days of you receiving the goods. Order alterations or cancellations made by the customer to Ritzys Hampers must be notified in writing to Ritzys Hampers five working days prior to the agreed date of dispatch. Returned goods must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Delivery charges will only be refunded if product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the wrong goods were delivered. Goods remain the property of Ritzys Online Hampers until payment is received in full.
Payment Payment must be made in full four working days prior to dispatch. Payments may be made by all major credit cards. Cheques, bank drafts & postal orders must be made payable to Ritzys Hampers.

Proof of delivery of hamper(s) shall be good evidence of the delivery of the specific hamper(s) as requested by the customer and no question shall be raised as to the delivery of a specific item herein. The customer is responsible for providing correct addresses, telephone numbers and postal codes. Ritzys Hampers cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery if the recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. Any claims must be made within fourteen days of dispatch date.
Limitations as to Damages Ritzys Hampers shall take all reasonable care in packaging any fragile or breakable items. In the event that such items are damaged in transit, Ritzys Hampers shall be responsible for replacement costs of the item only. Ritzys Hampers shall not in any way be responsible for any personal injury, consequential or inconsequential loss or damage to property howsoever caused.
